The success of our research depends largely upon the participation of families like yours. If you have a young child, you may be eligible to participate in one of our research projects. Your family's involvement will help to us to gain valuable insight into how children develop self-control and school readiness. All participants are compensated for their time and effort. If you have a young child and are interested in participating or would like more information, please contact the lab at:

Our lab is located in the Spence Labs of Psychology on The University of Iowa campus.

Parking is available via meters on Jefferson Street or on Iowa Avenue. For parking reimbursement, please park in the Tower parking garage (entrance on Iowa Avenue). We will meet you in front of the building near the sign that says, "Spence Laboratories of Psychology." If you do not see anyone outside, walk up the ramp and we will meet you in the main lobby of the Psychological and Brain Sciences Building.
